Randolph-Macon Defeats LC Men's Tennis 6-3

 LYNCHBURG, VA - The Lynchburg College men's tennis team was defeated by Randolph-Macon 6-3 in Old Dominion Athletic Conference (ODAC) action on the LC Courts on Friday afternoon.

             In singles competition, Robert Martin (Madison Heights, VA/Amherst) won a hard-earned 3-6, 6-4, 10-5 victory in the # 6 slot that proved to be the Hornets only victory in the singles category.

             Kristian Richardson (Trenton, NJ/Hun School of Princeton) teamed with Brandon Brown (Lynchburg, VA/Heritage) and posted an 8-4 win in #1 doubles action. Kyler Paluga (Williamsburg, VA/Lafayette) and Martin were victorious at the #3 spot, grabbing an 8-4 victory.

             The Hornets (0-2/0-1 ODAC) are scheduled for four matches next week on their Spring Break trip, competing in Hilton Head, SC, Savannah, GA and Beaufort, SC.
