
The 1998 Hornet men's lacrosse team in its second-season under Steve Koudelka finished 6-9 overall and 2-4 in the Old Dominion Athletic Conference. Russ Sliger netted 27 goals and 16 assists, both teams highs, and also led with 43 points. Josh Paris tied Sliger for the team-best with 16 assists and Pat McAdams had 21 goals. Marty Jakovics made 243 saves, the seventh-most ever in school history.
