
The 1982 team defeated Radford, Southampton, Georgia Tech and Randolph-Macon to finish the season. The final record was 4-13. Byrd Leahy, an LC Hall of Famer, earned Old Dominion Athletic Conference honors after netting 44 goals (9th all-time). Dave Armellini made 277 saves, which ranks him third all-time in program history and Fred Horan had 26 assists, 14th all-time. Rich Sypek (133), Tracy Warner (117) and Rich Berger (104) all rank in the top 15 for groundballs.
