2007-08: Indoor: Completed the 800 meters in 2:29.08 and the one mile in 5:39. Outdoor: Ran the 800 meters in 2:26.48 and the 1500 meters in 5:03.00 . . . Had a top time of 4:19.20 in the 4x400 meter relay.
Before LC: Cross country MVP in 2002...Outdoor Track MVP in 2004...Cross Country Cavalier Sportsmanship Award...ran the 1600 in 5:28, the 800 in 2:26, and the 3200 in 12:15.
