2009 ODAC Outdoor 4x100 meter relay Champ
2008-09: Had a solid rookie campaign for the Hornets this year . . . ran in all sprint events from the 60 meter dash to the 400 meters . . . had LC's second-best 60 meter dash time, running a 7.10 at the Virgina Tech Invite . . . was fourth in the conference in 200 meter dash with a time of 22.83 . . . helped LC to a second-place finish in the distance medley at the ODAC meet.
Before LC: A state champion and school record holder...runner up in the state in the 400 meters, 200 meters, 100 meters, and 4x100 meter relay team.
