Each year Lynchburg College alumni come together on campus to celebrate the memories and
friendships created during their time as students. This is a very special time during which alumni
can not only greet each other, but also learn what the College has become since their graduation.

In honor of their special class Reunion, each class sets a goal for a Class Gift. These Reunion Class Gifts are a vital source of funding for the College. Through the Class Gift, alumni are able to support current Lynchburg College students.  Class gifts are announced by Reunion committee members during their Reunion weekends.

During Homecoming Weekend in the fall, the College welcomes back classes in their 5th – 40th Reunions. Westover Alumni Society Weekend in the spring is a special time for classes in their 45th, 50th , 55th , and 60th Reunion years to celebrate together.

Gifts made to any area of the College count towards the Class Gift goal. An unrestricted Annual Fund gift is the best way for alumni to support student scholarships, faculty development, library enhancements, athletics, and more.

  • Reunion gifts may be paid in installments. The College will send a pledge reminder if an alum indicates this on his/her pledge card.  All funds must be received by Reunion to be recognized with the Class Gift at Reunion.
  • There will be an opportunity to give towards your Class Gift on the first night of your Reunion weekend.
