Mary Washington Prevails in Three Over LC Volleyball

 FREDERICKSBURG, VA - The Lynchburg College volleyball team lost on the road Saturday afternoon in three sets to the University of Mary Washington 25-18, 25-14, and 25-13.

 Savannah Tinsley (Lynchburg, VA/EC Glass) contributed with 11 assists and Michelle Boucher (Chesapeake, VA/Nansemond Suffolk) posted five kills. Erin Heffelfinger (Chapel Hill, NC/Chapel Hill), Elena Kritter (Culpeper, VA/Rappahannock) and Jasmine Murphy (Shipman, VA/Nelson County) combined for 23 digs.

 LC concludes the regular season at Emory & Henry on Thursday at 6:30 p.m. The ODAC Tournament will follow from November 7-8.
