School of Business and Economics Living and Learning Community for 2008-09
We know that students sharing common experiences and living together in the same residential environment do better academically and endure lower levels of stress. The first School of Business and Economics living and learning community was created during the 2008-09 academic year. Invitations went out to all freshman business and economics students, male or female. Living on the same residence hall floor or wing, these students work with a resident assistant (RA), who is also a business or economics major, who helps to provide programming geared specifically to those majors. Students living in this "community" also have the opportunity to get to know School of Business and Economics faculty on a more personal level.
The students participating in the living community are:
Ashley Alvarez '12, Business Administration Major
Andrew Chase '12, Business Administration Major
Austin Morgan '12, Business Administration Major
Cory Randow '12, Business Administration Major
Chas Sandridge '12, Management Major
Jacob Seils '12, Business Administration Major
Jon Selfridge '12, Management Major

Student Resident Assistant (RA): Jackie Sitathammavong '10, Economics Major
