2D Animation and Website Design with Macromedia Flash
"The animation class at Governors School is an excellent way to learn essential techniques in Flash. We have tutorials presented for us and thoroughly explained, skills taught to us in a few days that would have taken a considerably longer time without the help of the class.
Access to the software is provided that is invaluable, allowing time to learn and practice. We are given many resources that can be used for a long time to come, including examples of skilled animations, critiques, and guidelines, as well as many other places on the Internet that can be used to help us in the future.
We now know how to create storyboards, tweens, characters (not to mention how to make those characters move), and ways to simplify animation to stick to realistic time restrictions. We all have learned a lot in just the four weeks we've had. This is a wonderful experience that anyone should have."
