*CALENDAR CONFLICT* - ROSH HASHANAH
This year, the weekend's activities fall on Rosh Hashanah. Lynchburg College expresses regret that religious days of any faiths may conflict with these special events, which are planned years in advance. Please know that our local Jewish community welcomes students and families who wish to observe and worship with them. The Agudath Sholom Synagogue, 2055 Langhorne Road, 434/846-0739, is within a few minutes of LC.
**When you arrive on campus for Parents and Family Weekend, please stop by the Alumni House Lounge to pick up your registration packet, which includes your meal tickets, concert tickets (if applicable), name tags, and event information! See schedule for registration hours**

TRAVEL ALERT!
If you'll be traveling to campus on Route 29 South, please note that there is a new Route 29 Bypass that crosses the James River and connects to Route 460 towards Appomattox or Roanoke. Do not go that far on Route 29! Instead take this exit to Business Route 29 and go south across the James River:
· Route 210 - Downtown Lynchburg
As you cross the James River, Business 29 also becomes the Lynchburg Expressway. From this point follow 29 South until you see a sign for 501 North. Follow 501 North to the first stop light. At this intersection of Route 221(Lakeside Drive) and 501 North, turn right at the traffic light and proceed two miles. The campus entrance will be on your right immediately past College Lake.
