The 97th Regimental String Band will present a program of music from the Civil War Era at 8 p.m. Wednesday, June 25, in Sydnor Performance Hall located in Elliot & Rosel Schewel Hall.
The concert is free and open to the campus community and guests. Raffle tickets will be on sale for $6 with all proceeds to benefit the construction fund for the Lynchburg Union Prisoner of War Monument project. The raffle prize is a leather bound copy of The Civil War Chronicle.
