
Curran, a four-year started, had played and started every game since his freshman year. This season, he has allowed just 88 goals for a 5.97 goals against average and has recorded 161 saves for a 64.7% save percentage. In the classroom, he boasted a 3.52 GPA while majoring in sport management.
Joining Curran on the first-team were senior attack Stephen Weis (St. Louis, MO/Christian Brothers), senior midfielder Ryan Cranston (West Chester, PA/Henderson), senior midfielder Johnny Black (Timonium, MD/St. Paul’s), and senior defender Chris Perzinski (Freeland, MD/Hereford).
Weis has started all 18 games, leading the team in goals (40) and points (57) and has also tallied 17 assists. He ranks sixth in the ODAC in goals per game and fifth in points per game. Cranston has played in 18 games and has contributed with 34 goals and 18 assists for 52 points while ranking ninth in points per game and 10th in assists per game along with first in game-winning goals. Black is fourth on the team in goals with 28 and has dished out six assists for 34 points this season in 18 games. Perzinski has played in all 18 games and started 16 contests, scooping up 26 groundballs while defending the opponent’s top offensive threat.
Junior attack Michael Mundorf (Catonsville, MD/Mt. Saint Joseph), junior attack Tyler Tolson (Lutherville, MD/Loyola Blakefield), and senior face-off specialist Norby King (Bryn Mawr, PA/Cardinal O’Hara) each were named second-team All-ODAC. Mundorf scored 24 goals and tallied 21 assists this spring for 45 points, starting and playing in all 18 contests. Tolson found the back of the net 39 times and assisted on 13 other scores for a team second-best 52 points, ranking seventh in goals per game, ninth in points per game, and fourth in man up goals. King emerged as one of the best face-off specialists in the country this season, winning 62.5% of face-offs (150-240) to rank in the top 20 in Division III.
