Hornet Women’s Basketball Game to be televised on Alive TV

Hornet Women’s Basketball Game to be televised on Alive TV

            LYNCHBURG, VA – The Lynchburg College women’s basketball contest Friday evening against Old Dominion Athletic Conference (ODAC) rival Randolph-Macon College will be televised locally on Alive TV.

             The contest will not be televised live, but will air as the JET-Alive Game of the Week on Jet Broadband’s channel 7 on Saturday, February 23rd (7 p.m.), Tuesday, February 26th (9 p.m.) and Wednesday, February 27 (7 p.m.). Watch commentators Doug ‘The Dandy One’ Marshall and Jimmy ‘The Lakester’ Lakes call the Hornets/Yellow Jackets game, featuring teams currently ranked second and fourth in the conference. Lynchburg is 15-8 overall and 12-8 in the ODAC, while Randolph-Macon is 19-4 in the 2007-08 campaign and 14-4 in league play.

             The tip-off is set for 7 p.m.
