SALEM, Va. --- The ODAC Video Webcast returns to Randolph College on Tuesday night for the final women’s basketball regular season broadcast before the start of the ODAC tournament next week. Lynchburg College makes the cross-town trip to take on the WildCats in the Randolph PER. Tip-off is set for 7:00 p.m.

Penn Atlantic Inc. will provide the ODAC with its service to stream audio and video across the Internet.  All scheduled ODAC events can be accessed from Penn Atlantic’s game schedule (www.pennatlantic.com) as the play date approaches.

Lynchburg (14-8, 11-6 ODAC) currently sits tied with Roanoke College for the fourth seed in the ODAC postseason. Randolph (6-15, 4-13 ODAC) has a little work ahead of it for the WildCats to make the tournament. They’re currently two spots away from the eighth and final seed with three games to play including tonight’s contest.

In an earlier match-up this season, Lynchburg got the best of Randolph, 82-63. Brittany Dahn led all scorers with 22 points on 10-of-15 shooting. She added 16 rebounds (six offensive) and a pair of blocked shots to her stat line. Dana Esposito chipped in 15 points and six assists while Kristina Darby dropped in 12 points to go with five rebounds, four assists and three steals. Kylie Lucas added another 11 points and six boards.

Lindsay Cross led two double-double efforts by Randolph with 19 points and 10 rebounds (seven offensive). Michelle Brockman put together a 14-point 11-rebound night, and Sam Schaffstall contributed 13 points, four boards and five steals. Katie Rechnitzer chipped in 10 points.

Listed below is the schedule of men and women’s basketball games the ODAC plans to air via the videocast.  Once available, links to the games can be accessed through several Internet locations.  Each event can be reached from the ODAC website at www.odaconline.com or by directly browsing to www.pennatlantic.com and selecting the game from its list of scheduled broadcasts.  Depending on which schools are playing, links to the contests will also be available at the respective participants’ websites.  There will be a small charge of $3.50 to view each game.

In order to view the broadcasts, you will have to be using a cable or DSL high-speed Internet connection (preferably above 600 kbps download speed).  You can test your speed (bandwidth) directly from the Penn Atlantic website.  The feed will not work with a dial-up set up.  You will also need Windows Media Player 9.0 or 10.0.

For AOL users, you will not be able to access the Penn Atlantic website via the AOL browser (due to firewall).  If you use Internet Explorer instead (installed on every Windows-based PC), you will have no problems viewing the game.
