Lynchburg College Theatre will present Andrew Lloyd Webber's musical parable, Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat, February 21-23 at 7:30 p.m. and February 24 at 2 p.m. All performances will be held in the College's Dillard Fine Arts Center Theatre.
Based on the biblical story of Joseph and his coat of many colors, the musical showcases a variety of styles of song and dance including pop rock, country and western, and calypso.
Directed by Jeff Wittman, professor of theatre, the show has a cast of 28, headed by Aaron Farr as Joseph and Dyanna Sorvillo, narrator. Also appearing are Derek Arey of Lynchburg and Derrick Thompson of Madison Heights.
Tickets are $10 for adults, $8 for seniors, and $5 for students, faculty, and staff.
