2008-09: Distance specialist that helped bolster an already stellar group of harriers . . . ran the 3000 meters in 9:44.90 at the Hokie Invitational . . . posted a 4:40.05 in the mile run at the UNC Dick Taylor Invitational . . . helped the men's distance medley relay to a second-place finish in the ODAC Championships.
Before LC: Seven-Time conference champ in cross country, 1600 and 800 meters, and the 4x800 meters...recorded times of 4:32 in the 1600, 2:01 in the 800, and 52.0 in the 400.
Personal: Son of Roland and Antonette Demers . . . has one brother and one sister . . . competes on the Hornet cross country team as well.
