2008-09: Outdoor- Had a superb season for the Hornet track team ... finished in seventh place in the 200m dash at the Coastal Carolina Invitational ... also recorded a fourth place finish in the 400m dash at the Liberty Invitational ... was a member of the 4x400 meter relay team that went to the NCAAA National Championship ... the relay team ran a 3:16.13, which was fourth in heat two of the event. Indoor - Had a solid sophomore campaign, as he competed in multiple meets . . . top time of 23.40 in the 200 meters at the Va. Tech Challenge . . . recorded the 14th best time in the ODAC in the 400 meters, running the two laps in 52.85 . . . finished sixth in the 400 meters in 52.02 at the ODAC Championships, also helping LC to a second-place finish in the DMR event.
2007-08: Competed for the Hornets track and field teams.
Before LC: All-District and Region honoree...school record holder in the 400 meters (50.77)...played basketball for the Stonebridge Bulldogs and earned the Coaches' Award.
Personal: Son of Rodney Adams and Paula Smith-Adams . . . has one sister . . . father, Rodney, played at Division I American University.
