Sophomore forward Mason Wooldridge (New Canton, VA/Fork Union) averaged 24.3 points and 7.3 rebounds while shooting 63 percent overall from the field, 58% from three range, and 86% from the free throw line in three games this week.
He posted a game-high 27 points on 11-19 overall shooting to lead LC in a tough 56-51 loss to Randolph-Macon on Wednesday. Wooldridge also converted on three of five three pointers and collected a team-high eight rebounds. On Saturday vs. EMU, he tallied a game-high 21 points on 8-13 shooting and also grabbed six boards in a 92-78 loss. Against Bridgewater on Sunday, Wooldridge dropped a game-high 25 points on 8-11 shooting and 7-9 from the charity stripe while also tacking on eight rebounds in a narrow 85-82 loss at home to Bridgewater.
