Overnight flight on Virgin Airlines to London

May 21, 2008
Morning arrival in London where you are met by a CSA on-site coordinator. A local guide will conduct a city tour highlighting some of London’s most important monuments. Check in to your hotel. This evening enjoy a Welcome Dinner. A London weekly travelcard for zones 1 and 2 is included

Morning session with Michael Yorke at Regent’s College (subject to confirmation). Later discover centuries of British history at the Tower of London.

May 23, 2008
Morning session with Michael Yorke at Regent’s College (subject to confirmation). Continue exploring London with a visit to the British Museum. You will meet with a PR representative of the museum (subject to confirmation).

May 24, 2008
Specialized visit relevant to Sport Management to be determined.

May 25, 2008
Full day at leisure.

May 26,  2008
Visit the Wallace Museum and meet with an official of the museum (to be confirmed). Later a specialized visit relevant to sport management is included (subject to confirmation).

May 27, 2008
This morning visit the Diana Memorial Fountain and meet with a Park Official (subject to availability). Later visit the Tate Modern Museum; if possible a visit with the manager of the Museum will be included.

Today a specialized visit to Wembley Stadium is conducted by a stadium official (subject to availability).

May 29, 2008
Depart London today for one of the official royal residences at Windsor. Visit the Castle. Continue on to the university city of Oxford.

Discover the amazing university architecture of Oxford including visits to Christ Church, the Ashmolean Museum, and the Bodleian Library.

May 31, 2008
Visit Blenheim Palace and Hatfield House, Park, and Gardens. Enjoy a special Medieval Banquet at the Palace. Return to Oxford.

June 1, 2008
A beautiful drive through the Cotswolds brings you to Shakespeare’s hometown of Stratford-upon-Avon.

A guided tour of Stratford includes Anne Hathaway’s Cottage and Shakespeare’s Birthplace.

Free day. Evening performance at the Royal Shakespeare Company (subject to availability).

Depart Stratford for Chesterfield. Visit Chesterfield Museum. Continue to Manchester.

Your exploration of Manchester includes a tour of the Manchester United Museum and stadium. An excursion to Liverpool includes entrances to the Beatles Story. Return to Manchester.

Drive today to one of the most beautiful regions in England- the Lake District. A visit to the Beatrix Potter Gallery is included. Continue to Kendall.

Today leave England for Scotland. En-route visit Carlisle Castle and Hadrian’s Wall. Continue to one of Europe’s most beautiful cities: Edinburgh.

A local guide conducts a full day’s tour today including Edinburgh castle, Holyrood House and Saint Giles Cathedral. This evening dinner is included.

Today’s guided tour includes the National Museum of Scotland and the Scottish Whiskey Heritage Centre.

Excursion by a local guide to Stirling Castle.

Rosslyn Chapel has captivated imaginations for centuries. Today’s excursion led by a local guide will highlight this enigmatic chapel.

Scotland is considered the birthplace of golf; today visit the British Golf Museum at St. Andrews, home to one of the world’s most famous golf courses. You will also have a guided walking tour (LC to pay).

Excursion to the infamous Loch Ness for some monster watching and a lake cruise.

Free day in Edinburgh.

June 18, 2008
Morning transfer to the train station. Board train to London, second class seat reservations included. Upon arrival a CSA rep will meet you at the station and coordinate your transfer to your hotel. A weekly travelcard is provided.

June 19, 2008
Today journey to Wimbledon (via public transportation, please note that Wimbledon is in zone 3. A supplement will need to be paid individually upon entrance to the tube station) and visit the Wimbledon Lawn Tennis Museum. If possible a visit with a P.R. representative will be included.

June 20, 2008
Morning visit to the Imperial War Museum and the Churchill Museum (CSA to reserve, LC to pay). In the afternoon enjoy a traditional British ritual: Afternoon Tea at Harrods.

June 21, 2008
Full free day in London

June 22, 2008
Free day in London. In the evening enjoy a special Farewell Dinner.

June 23, 2008
Transfer to the airport for your return flight home.
