Lynchburg College and the department of athletics is extremely proud of its student athletes and their accomplishments. Hornet scholar-athletes demonstrate the commitment required both on the playing field and in the classroom, promoting the Division III philosophy. Division III athletes cannot earn athletic scholarships, but many Hornets have won academic and postgraduate scholarships and awards.
