Course Reserves: Request Library Materials to be placed on Reserve

Faculty members may use the forms listed below to request items for the library staff to retrieve from the collection and place on reserve for their classes. Up to eight items may be requested per form. The library will then retrieve the items, placing books and audio-visual materials directly on reserve, or in the case of articles or book chapters, making a copy of the requested citation and placing that copy on reserve. All other policies regarding course reserves will still apply.

If you prefer to come to the library in person to select and retrieve library materials, as has been the practice in the past, you are most welcome to do so.
