SALEM, VA – The Old Dominion Athletic Conference (ODAC) announced Monday that Lynchburg College’s Kate Warlick (Stafford, VA/Colonial Forge) was named the conference’s Volleyball Player of the Week for the Week of October 22.

Warlick, a senior outside hitter, led the LC volleyball team to three wins last week, averaging 3.55 kills and 3.45 digs per game while posting a .330 hitting percentage. She had 10 kills and 14 digs in a three-game win against Ferrum Monday, and followed up with 15 kills and seven digs against Emory & Henry – another three-game win. She finished up with 14 kills, 17 digs and two service aces over Randolph-Macon College Saturday.

The Hornets, now 17-6 and 5-3 in the ODAC, travel to Washington & Lee University for an ODAC match Wednesday at 6:30 p.m.
