"Being a part of the newly formed Methodist Student Fellowship group of Lynchburg College has shaped me into the Christian woman I am today – a woman wanting to give, learn, worship and praise God in all that I do and am.  By allowing myself to be vulnerable around people I trust in Bible studies, discussions, and activities, I have not only become closer to God but have learned about my own faith while building friendships that will continue after graduation."

"During my years here at LC, BCM has been a source of friends and support.  By being involved in a network of Christians, I have the support of people who share the same beliefs as I do, and they have become a second family to me.  BCM has helped me to get connected and plugged in not only on our campus, but also in the Lynchburg area and with BCMs state-wide."

"My involvement with Spiritual Life at LynchburgCollege has been great!  As a member of the Catholic Community, I’ve made a lot of close friends, taken advantage of numerous social activities, and grown in my faith.  Our campus fellowship groups provide an outlet that is unique to the SLC at LynchburgCollege.  Through CCLC, I’ve found a home on campus, a safe place to explore my faith around friends and to participate in many service opportunities."

"During my time at Lynchburg college so far, I have had the opportunity to experience two religions other than my own, help being a student group devoted to my religion, and meet several interesting people that I would not have otherwise.  LC, in my experience, has the unique ability to simultaneously help students make stronger religious connections with their own faith, and also to encourage them to learn as much as possible about others.  A strong religious life was one of my core criteria for college, and I have certainly found it at LynchburgCollege."

"When I came to college, I was looking for a group of friends to share my beliefs and guide me through my spiritual journey during my young adult life.  I found it in these three words:  food, fun, and fellowship!  Over the course of my four years, this motto along with the members of Disciples on Campus have strengthened my faith and allowed me the opportunity to share my gifts with others."
