Roanoke Defeats LC Volleyball in Three
LYNCHBURG, VA - The Roanoke College volleyball team defeated Lynchburg College 30-26, 30-26, 30-28 in Old Dominion Athletic Conference (ODAC) action.
Dara Sandifer (Monroe, VA/Holy Cross) had 39 assists, 13 digs and four service aces, Katie Warlick (Stafford, VA/Colonial Forge) posted 12 kills and 12 digs while Savannah Tinsley (Lynchburg, VA/E.C. Glass) had 22 digs. Michelle Boucher ( Chesapeake, VA/Nansemond Suffolk) had 11 kills and Amanda Walsh (Forest, VA/Heritage) compiled eight blocks.
The Hornets (10-4/1-3 ODAC) travel to Randolph College Tuesday at 6:30 p.m. in another ODAC match.
