Betsy KwiatowskiLYNCHBURG, VA - Freshman Betsy Kwiatkowski (Mount Jackson, VA/Stonewall Jackson) scored three times in the opening nine minutes and the Lynchburg College women's soccer team breezed to a 10-0 win Friday over visiting Bridgewater College in Old Dominion Athletic Conference (ODAC) action.

Kwiatkowski finished the game with four goals and an assist, senior Sara Butsavage (Virginia Beach, VA/First Colonial) posted a goal and two assists, while Ashley Hoath (Alexandria, VA/Mount Vernon), Audrea Hamby (Lutherville, VA/Towson), Karey Richardson (Herndon, VA/Herndon) Melissa Miller (Waretown, NJ/Southern Regional) and Danielle Crotty (Mason, OH/Mason) each scored once.

Lynchburg out-shot the Eagles 28-2 and held a 8-0 edge in corner kicks. Bridgewater falls to 2-3 overall and 0-1 in the Old Dominion Athletic (ODAC) conference.

The Hornets (4-1-1/1-0 ODAC) travel to Christopher Newport University Sunday for a non-conference match-up at 1 p.m.
