Getting Started for Transfers

We are so excited that you have decided to come to LC and be a part of the Hornet family! Each year we have approximately 80 transfer students from a variety of colleges and universities around the country. We understand that transferring can be confusing at times but we have laid everything out below to make sure your transition is as smooth as possible. Most importantly we have programs and events in place designed specifically for transfer students. Please take note of important forms and information below!

Step 1. Contact your academic advisor

Step 2. Register for classes

Step 3: Attend Tracks to LC

Step 4. Request housing and complete the health form

Step 5: Review general information about academic policies
