Tuition & Fees

Semester/Academic Year Programs

Tuition and fees are paid to the college/university sponsoring your program - or - to a study abroad service provider such as AIFS, AustraLearn, CEA, etc. Lynchburg College scholarships do not "travel" with students on these programs; however, federal aid is applicable to these programs.

Fees paid directly to another college/university or a study abroad service provider may or may not include travel expenses. Check carefully to see what fees cover (airfare, lodging, etc.).

The above also applies to summer programs not sponsored by Lynchburg College.

Direct Exchange Programs

Tuition is paid directly to Lynchburg College. Accommodation (and board fees, if applicable) are paid to the overseas host institution. You are responsible for your travel and personal expenses on these programs and should contact the International Programs Office and the overseas host institution for more information.

All financial aid and scholarships "travel" with students on direct exchange programs with university partners in Austria, Canada, and South Korea.

Spring Break Programs

Program costs are paid directly to a study abroad provider; this usually includes airfare, lodging, transportation within the country you are visiting, some meals and entrances to sites on the itinerary.

Tuition is included in LC comprehensive fees for the spring semester.

Summer and Winter term Programs
