Group Fitness

Group Fitness offers fun, energizing fitness classes for LC students, staff, and faculty. The fee for each class per semester is $80 for LC students/staff/faculty, and $100 for non-LC individuals.

To sign up, stop by the Student Activities office on the terrace level of Hundley Hall. You’ll need to sign a health waiver and pay the class fee.

Vinyasa Yoga

Yoga Waiver Form

Vinyasa yoga classes are open to beginning and advanced beginning students. “Vinyasa” refers to the linking of  movements and breathing during yoga asanas. Dynamic and flowing movements are typical of vinyasa yoga.

Zumba Waiver Form

Zumba is a “fitness-party” – dance and aerobic moves set to great Latin-inspired music. You’ll forget you’re exercising!

Kickboxing Waiver Form

Kickboxing is a fun, high-intensity and high-impact aerobic exercise that features a lot of punching and kicking moves. (If it’s been a while since you’ve worked out, you may want to build up your endurance before starting kickboxing.)

Kickboxing is great for relieving stress and improving balance, flexibility, coordination, and endurance.
