Westover Room Shift Leader

Lynchburg College is accepting application for a Shift Leader in its Westover Room. This position supervises one of the two daily shifts (primarily evenings) and assists in other aspects of the operation of the Westover Room restaurant/lounge and convenience store. Responsibilities include preparing the operation for the beginning of assigned shift and assisting the Unit Leader in enforcing all quality, service, and safety standards, balancing the cash register and preparing a daily deposit. One to two years experience in a college, commercial, or institutional food service operation required. Flexibility of schedule to accommodate nights and weekend hours required. Selected candidate must complete a background check that is satisfactory to the College.
