    Personal Information and Interests

I have been married since 1973 to William Schneider, an attorney and U.S. Bankruptcy trustee. We have two daughters, both of whom take great interest in their mother's work and students. I enjoy reading, walking, bike riding, cooking, and movies. Teaching at a small liberal arts college appeals to me because it allows me to give students individualized attention and to get to know them well.
