The College has been preparing for a flu outbreak and how to best manage it for the last several years. This plan has been developed with input from the Crisis Management Team (CMT), the Coordinating Team of Student Development, and the President's Cabinet. It is meant to be a guide for our thinking, planning, and response to a campus outbreak of the H1N1 flu strain. Obviously, as the event unfolds there will be new obstacles and issues that the CMT will need to manage. We feel confident that the Lynchburg College community will meet this challenge with solid planning and communication, with the effective execution of our plan, and with care and compassion for those for effected.
