Description
The adventure course offered by the Lynchburg College Outdoor Leadership Program (OLP) is a series of experiential learning activities designed to help groups solve problems together and develop cooperative relationships.
Our staff members do not lecture on topics of leadership or teamwork; rather they facilitate challenges for the group and then lead them in discussion. During those discussions, participants learn by sharing their reactions, identifying successful behaviors, and using their collective insight to improve their performance.
Adventure courses can be tailored to your group's needs and are suitable for almost any age. Although most activities do involve a physical component, some activities may be performed indoors. The course is far more mentally than physically challenging.

Program Flexibility
Our Adventure Course is located on the Lynchburg College campus. However, many of our leadership workshops require little more than an open field or large classroom. This means we're not limited by weather or location.
Eligibility
Typically starts at 8 years.

Each participant must read, complete, and sign the release and covenant not to sue prior to accessing the property, please understand we require releases for everyone, even bystanders. Particpiants under the age of 18 must sign a release in addition to their parent/guardian.
