Lori Evans Ermi ’85, founder and managing director of The Ermi Group, LLC, a human capital solutions and leadership coaching firm, will be the keynote speaker at the Anderson Leadership Conference Feb. 9.
The annual conference is sponsored by the Office of Student Activities and the School of Business and Economics and is held in Schewel Hall. This year’s theme is “Authentic Leadership.”
Ermi has more than 20 years in corporate leadership roles, including Fortune 100 organizations. She created The Ermi Group to work with companies that have the commitment to prepare their emerging leaders for tomorrow, with an emphasis on millenials.
Ermi’s expertise includes life sciences/bio tech/pharma, consumer products, IT government contractors, financial services. She specializes in leadership coaching and development, change management, infrastructure growth strategies, including merger and acquisition integration.
Ermi earned her BA in American studies from LC and her master’s from Georgetown University in Leadership Coaching Certification. She is a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) with the International Coach Federation and a certified Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) through the Society of Human Resources Management. She has also completed certificate programs from Villanova University, Xavier University, and InsideOut® Coaching Advantage. For more information, check her website.
