Thomas Ales was accepted into the mathematics PhD program at George Mason University.
Molly Barkman is working with dolphins at the Mote Marine Lab in the Florida Keys.
Luke Bianco was accepted to the University of Nevada/Las Vegas to pursue an MS in kinesiology.
Danielle Cox will attend the University of Chicago Divinity School. She will be living at Disciples Divinity House and receiving full tuition and a stipend.
Daniel Cutright was accepted into the graduate exercise physiology program in the Curry School of Education at the University of Virginia.
Ashley-Ann Desrosiers is going to South Korea for a year to teach English to elementary and middle schoolers.
Eric Donofrio is working with the Earth Corps in the Sangre de Cristo Mountains in Colorado.
Allen Francis is working as a production assistant at WDBJ7 in Roanoke, Va.
Callom Harkrader, the 2011-12 Sommerville Scholar, was accepted into the Oxford Center for Christian Apologetics at Wycliffe Hall for the 2012-2013 one-year certificate program.
Elena Kritter will attend the William Esper Studio this fall in New York City for a two-year program to study acting.
James Harrison Kyte was accepted at Massachusetts School of Pharmacy and Health Sciences (MCPHS) Worcester Campus, School of Optometry, to pursue an OD degree.
Brendan Lannon has been awarded a “full ride” to SUNY-Stony Brook to pursue a PhD in sociology.
Roni LaRoque has been accepted to serve as a Peace Corps volunteer in Central or South America teaching HIV/AIDS prevention and health sanitation and working at a water sanitation facility constructing wells.
Maggie May received full tuition and a living stipend to attend Christian Theological Seminary in Indianapolis.
James McDaniel was accepted into the University of Wisconsin, Madison as a PhD student in Botany, and received an all-university Advanced Opportunities Fellowship, an award that covers all expenses, plus a cash bonus for the first two years of graduate school.
Billy Orndorff is a professional naturalist fellow at Eagle Bluff Environmental Learning Center in Lanesboro, Minnesota.
Brandon Powell is a reporter for WRIC Channel 8 in Richmond.
Mike Randall is working for Price Waterhouse Cooper after doing two years of internships at the firm.
Kelly Sutphin is a videographer for players for the Atlanta Braves.
Reid Taylor is working for Geico in San Diego, California, in a three-year management development program for emerging leaders.
Sarah Turner will attend the University of Oregon for a master’s program in arts and administration with an emphasis in museum studies.
Brian Wilcox is doing a combination of graphics, video, and motion design for a firm in Towson, Md. called Blue Ocean Ideas.
Danielle Zongrone has been accepted into the master’s in student affairs practice in higher education program in the Curry School of Education at the University of Virginia.
