American Canoe Association Stand-Up Paddle Board Assessment Course

Stand up paddle board

Become a certified ACA Instructor for "SUP"! This course is designed to evaluate a participant's ability to perform all necessary skills and demonstrate an appropriate level of knowledge.

The assessment course provides the participant with the opportunity to receive documentation of having achieved a certain level of paddling ability. Details and registration.  

Day Hike to Balance Rock

Casual day hike February 24, 2:20-6 p.m. Come see if you can move this boulder by yourself!

$15 includes transportation, guide, and snack.

Space is limited. Simply stop in the OSA, register, and pay. Yes, you can charge home or cash/credit card.

Winter Special: Book a low challenge course and high course "NESSY" on a Monday through Thursday for $25 per participant

Challenge Course ActivitiesThe Nessy is a new activity in the challenge course industry that uses teeter tottering (swinging) beams suspended by cables as a means of crossing from one platform to another.

The Outdoor Leadership Program offers outdoor activities and classes for both the College and the community that emphasize "experiential learning" - learning by doing.

If you join one of our activities, you will not only have a great time and learn new skills, you'll increase your appreciation and respect for both the natural world and other people.
