Professional Interests/Research
My research interests are primarily in the areas of factors affecting exercise compliance and endurance performance, and metabolism, especially the phenomenon of weight regain with smoking cessation.
Personal Interests
My free time is spent primarily with my wife Patty and two children Emily and Matthew. For exercise I enjoy running, swimming, mountain biking, road cycling, lifting weights, and hiking.
