The following programs are designed to develop leadership abilities for educators who want to lead in the classroom or become administrators and supervisors in schools or community organizations:

EdD in Leadership Studies will prepare you to be a leader in education and community organizations.

MEd in Curriculum and Instruction will expand your professional development whether you are an experienced teacher or just beginning your career.

MEd in Educational Leadership will prepare you for administrative and supervisory positions in Virginia and the nation.

Currently:

  • More than 2,000 educators and counselors working in Central Virginia are graduates of Lynchburg College’s graduate program.
  • LC grads are administrators in 157 Central Virginia schools
  • 24 percent of all Central Virginia teachers graduated from LC
