Athletics

Athletics are big at Lynchburg College. More than 70 percent of students participate in varsity, intramural, and club sport activities.

LC Day found the lady Hornets softball team trouncing the Sweet Briar Vixens 28-0, 16-0.

The track and field teams had a light practice to prep for a meet the next day.

Men's and women's lacrosse had regular practices, as did women's volleyball, though other games and practices were rained out.
