Personal Interests

I enjoy many outdoor activities: hiking, mountain biking, road cycling, running, geocaching, adventure racing, duathlons, triathlons, and road races. If these outdoor activities take place after sunset or if my dogs can join me, that simply adds to the fun! The best way to spend a day? Hiking, kayaking, hanging out at Smith Mountain Lake with family and the dogs.
