Appeal Form

If you would like to make an appeal to a damage or check-out charge from the Office of Residence Life, please contact our office for an Appeal Form at residencelife@lynchburg.edu.

Appeals will only be considered up to 30 days from the date of the original email sent to you.

After the completion of the form, please mail to:
