The group fitness program is back and better than ever for the fall semester 2009! We will offer Vinyasa Yoga with Donna Everhart every Monday and Wednesday throughout the semester from 1:30-2:30 p.m. in the multi-purpose room of Turner Gym.
A new addition to our group fitness program last spring was our kickboxing class. Lauren Corniello is back to teach this class and looks forward to getting everyone in shape. Space will be limited, so sign up soon. The class will be held every Monday and Wednesday evening from 8:15-9:15 p.m. in the multi-purpose room of Turner Gym.
If you are a certified instructor or have an interest in seeing a group fitness class offered on campus, please contact Steve Bradney to share your ideas.
All students, faculty, and staff who wish to participate in any or all group fitness classes must sign a waiver along with payment.

Purchase a semester pass for $80. The semester pass allows you to attend each of the classes throughout the semester. Yoga mats are required for participation in the Yoga class and can be purchased for an additional $10.
To sign up for either class, please stop by the Office of Student Activities on the terrace level of Hundley Hall.
