The Lynchburg College Community Health Clinic (LCCHC) is a pro bono physical therapy clinic that provides free services to individuals in the City of Lynchburg and surrounding counties who are uninsured, underinsured, or have exhausted their physical therapy benefits for the year.
The clinic is organized and run by doctoral students of the physical therapy program at Lynchburg College who provide cutting-edge evidence-based therapy. We provide quality, free services under the supervision of licensed physical therapists from our faculty and the community to join in an educational partnership that benefits our patients.
We are committed to the health, renewed function, and quality of life of the people in this community. As future medical professionals, we seek to begin acting on that commitment now.
Since 2007, the LCCHC has provided over $20,000 dollars in free PT services to members of the Lynchburg community.
