Research Funding Sources
Lynchburg College has established an annual funding source for students engaged in academic research and related scholarship. These funds can assist with travel in conjunction with the presentation of research as well as other aspects of research costs.
"With the encouragement of the graduate faculty, I traveled to London in December 2009 to research divorce cases brought before Parliament from 1848-1858, and the material I gathered from this trip was the basis for my master's thesis. I have since presented this research in various conferences around the country." - Jonathan Shipe '08, '10 MA, History
