Annual Fund Phonathon

Phonathon imageWho's on the other end of the line when LC calls?

Over 20 dedicated Hornets make calls to alumni, parents and friends of LC during the Lynchburg College Phonathon! Our student callers reach out to ask for gifts of financial support, to update information, and to share news from the College.

It’s an LC tradition. Our first Phonathon was held in 1974!  Our students have raised millions for the Annual Fund, which provides financial support for scholarships, career development, library and technology enhancements, academic and co-curricular programs, and much more.

We hope you’ll take a moment to speak with one of our callers this year! The Phonathon runs from early September through the end of April.

"I really enjoy working in Phonathon because I have a chance to connect with fellow Hornets. I'm thankful for Annual Fund donors, because without their support, we wouldn't have small class sizes, or top-notch faculty."

"I love hearing great stories from LC alumni. LC has given me so many opportunities. Before coming here, I hadn't found my passion. And I couldn't have done all of that without support from others."
