Lynchburg College offers some of the region's premier facilities for large or small events. Each room/space has a link to a detail page including descriptions, pricing, comments, and photographs.
Once you have identified a suitable space:

Visit the College's Room Schedule to check if the space is available for your specific date.

Complete the online form (for external functions only).

Rates are per day unless otherwise noted and subject to change without notice.

Fees for room rentals and catering are subject to state and local taxes.
Note, space availability does not guarantee your reservation, as academic functions are not always included on the public calendar. Once the online form has been completed and submitted, you will be contacted shortly by a College representative.
