Environmental Studies
Environmental protection, conservation, and sustainability are becoming increasingly important as humans continue to degrade the natural world. Our graduates are finding ways to help change that.
We offer both a major (B.A.) and a minor in environmental studies.
What Will I Study?
Natural sciences, social sciences, humanities, law, and business are just some of the topics covered in this multidisciplinary major.
Environmental Studies majors work closely with professors on research projects and internships in a variety of settings, including our 470-acre Claytor Nature Study Center.
