Mr. Adam Dean,
Instructor of Communication Studies
Adam Dean is originally from Clarion, Pennsylvania and has a B.A. in media studies and international studies from Penn State University. He received his M.A. in radio/television/film from the University of North Texas, where his research focused on film and television culture and criticism.
Mr. Dean joins LC with a diverse background in communications, including roles as a newspaper reporter, web consultant, and senior editor for a global e-commerce company. He teaches Argument and Reasoning; Stage and Studio TV; Introduction to Media Technology; Media Writing I & II; and Convergence Media: Broadcasting in an Internet World.
When he has free time, Adam enjoys discovering new films and documentaries, mastering new technologies, and traveling to new places across the globe.
