Experience and Background

As a graduate student, Dr. Pieper served as a U.S. representative at the International Olympic Academy in Olympia, Greece. Her doctoral dissertation examined the implementation and implications of the International Olympic Committee's sex testing policies.

Teaching and Research Interests

Dr. Pieper's research interests include gender and sport, sports law, and Olympic history.
