Professor Prinzinger has written many professional papers in the area of Applied Microeconomics. Among the topics researched are health economics, sports economics, and monopsony. He has published articles in several journals including the Atlantic Economic Journal, the Southern Economic Journal and the Eastern Economic Journal.

Personal Information
Professor Prinzinber came to Lynchburg College in 1998 and fell in love with its caring and mentoring attitude towards students. He is committed to the liberal arts educational tradition, since it best trains students for the ever-changing environment of a globally competitive world. His all-time favorite course to teach is Economic History of the United States. This is a year long course that is jointly taught with a History professor.
Professor Prinzinger loves to fish. He often takes his wife and two children fishing in all kinds of strange and interesting places. When he is not fishing, he is hunting. He is also an avid racquetball player. Most days will find him on a court instead of eating lunch. Finally, he likes to restore antique machinery.
