Join us at the Daura Gallery and make shadow puppets and a shadow puppet theater.

A shadow puppet is a cut-out figure held between a source of light and a translucent screen. The puppets can form solid silhouettes or be decorated with various amount of cut-out details. This tradition has a long history, especially in Asia.

Workshop led by Kristin Reiber Harris, adjunct professor of art. For children ages 6 to 14. 

Pre-registration is required; class size limited to 10 children. Call 434.386.4919 or email harris_k@lynchburg.edu to register. 

Cost: $15 per participant. Supplies will be provided.

Final day to register is Friday, June 21.
